Role Purpose:

 

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and cost-effective training service that equips managers and staff with the essential skills and certifications required to excel in their roles. By ensuring that all employees are fully trained and certified, you will play a key part in maintaining a highly competent and capable workforce. You will work closely with the Technical Training Manager to identify training needs, develop relevant programs, and implement effective training solutions that align with the organization’s objectives. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the company.

 

Accountabilities:

 

  • Provide timely administrative support within the Joint Venture Training Team to ensure smooth execution of all training activities.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring accurate bookings and delivery.
  • Engage in personal development to stay effective in your role.
  • Manage financial aspects of training, including purchase orders, invoices, and maintaining the training financial database.
  • Administer CITB levy/claims in collaboration with BB, ensuring compliance.
  • Liaise with internal and external training providers and manage training venues.
  • Maintain and update accurate training records and administer the Training Database.
  • Extract and manage learning and development data for reports.
  • Monitor qualification expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Continuously improve systems for ongoing compliance with industry standards.
  • Uphold Connect Plus Services Values, focus on Zero Harm, support sustainability efforts, and participate in ad-hoc project work.

Location:

 

This is a hybrid role designed to fully maximize team collaboration on the project, we therefore expect a minimum of 60% of your time to be spent at a CPS offices.
